Pine Knob Music Theatre
This is it, the hardest rockin' way to wind up your summer! With 101.1 WRIF's RIFF FEST 2024 Featuring main stage appearances from Godsmack, Seether, Asking Alexandria, Wage War, and Sleep Theory at Clarkston's Pine Knob Music Theatre on Saturday, September 28th 2024.
Ok, so that main stage is pretty packed, and with some seriously heavy hitters at that, what if I told you there was more? Well, RIFF FEST 2024 will also feature performances by Flat Black, Royale Lynn, Fame on Fire and Motor City Riffs on a second festival stage located in the Pine Knob West Parking Lot!!! Yes, MOAR ROCK!!!

“We are thrilled to once again bring back Riff Fest to Pine Knob in 2024!” says WRIF Program Director Jade Springart at the lineup announcement. “Riff Fest has become a staple event for our station and an event our listeners look forward to each year. We have supported Godsmack since day one and are so excited to have them headline the main stage. Seether, Asking Alexandria, Wage War and Sleep Theory round out what WRIF is all about and will definitely make for an outstanding main stage. Add in the festival stage in the parking lot, and we’re guaranteed to have another huge Riff Fest in 2024!”
The annual RIFF FEST is always one of the hardest rockin' parties of the year for Michigan, and 2024 looks to be no exception to the rule. Kicking the day into 5th gear at the festival stage in Pine Knob Music Theatre's West Car Park at 2pm will be Flat Black, Royale Lynn, Fame on Fire and Motor City Riffs. Then at 5pm, take a walk onto the pavilions lawn and the main stage for performances by Godsmack, Seether, Asking Alexandria, Wage War, and Sleep Theory!!! Gates and access to the festival stage will open at 1:30 p.m. Access to the reserved pavilion seating and lawn for main stage performances will open at 5 p.m. VIP Gates open an hour earlier at 4 p.m.
The Headliners, Godsmack... what can I say, they toured last year with Staind and were epic, as usual... and will be epic this year too! They, STAND ALONE!!!
Seether, another band that needs no introduction. One of the top post-grunge bands, and always bring a fantastic live show.
The British contingent, Asking Alexandria, toured the US last year, and the year before that... and so on... Aggressive Metalcore for the win.
MOAR Metalcore, Wage War bring a fast-paced, super heavy sound, but somehow don't make you feel like punching someone in the face
The rising tide is coming for Sleep Theory, this band is seriously on the up an' up, and should put on quite the spectacular live show.
