It's the biggest night of the summer! Weezer & Panic! At The Disco have joined forces for the best double-headlining tour of the year! With fresh new material from both camps, as well as a wealth of singalong hits under their belts, you can be sure that they will rock your socks off! The two alt-rock bands will be heading to DTE Energy Music Theatre on Friday 8th July, along with Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness – be there!
Famed for their nerd-rock anthems "Buddy Holly", "Undone – The Sweater Song", “Hash Pipe”, Island In The Sun” and “Beverly Hills”, Weezer began their musical career in 1992 in Los Angeles. The band has seen three line-up changes since they started and they have released nine studio albums, with their tenth (also self-titled, and known as The White Album) slated for release in 2016. Their debut album, which was self-titled but is commonly known as The Blue Album, was released in 1994, the year after they signed to Geffen Records, and is now triple-platinum certified. Weezer has sold 9.2 million albums in the US and over 17 million worldwide.
